About us

Big law expertise

A deep understanding of business imperatives, and commercial acumen come with years of experience in the practice of law. We do not employ junior lawyers. To meet our clients’ demands and expectations, every legal matter we handle receives senior-level attention.

Only lawyers with more than 10 years, or in exceptional cases 7 years, post-qualification experience gained through top-tier law firms, multinational corporations and financial institutions, or strategic government agencies are considered for our team. That is the bottom line – Wilder Lawyers are at the top of the learning curve and are able to get outcomes professionally and expeditiously. At Wilder Law, we make sure that our clients have the assurance of our own exacting standards of excellence and we absolutely do not have our clients pay for lawyers to learn on the job.

Wilder people stand the test of time.

We are defined by our values. They are key to enduring relationships. In all our interactions and dealing with clients and colleagues, we treat each other with fairness and respect. These values work mutually in any interaction. We are proud to be associated with the people we share these values with.

We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards. Integrity is an absolute and irreducible value of Wilder Lawyers. For example, we would never mark-up disbursements charged to clients or try to impose them on others as “standard charges” as if that in itself were a justification for inflating costs. We have witnessed the line being crossed many times and how that destroys relationships. At Wilder Law Corporation, integrity is a bright line that is not crossed under any circumstance.

Our clients remain with us for years not only because of the quality of our work as their lawyers but because they know that they can trust us – that is where we think the true measure of success lies.

Adaptable fee structures that work for our clients.

Traditional law firms thrive on lots of lawyers billing lots of hours with little or no regard for the value of tasks from the clients’ perspective. For such an economic model, process and project management often take a back seat.

At Wilder Law, we listen to our clients; we identify and address their pricing sensitivities even if this means moving away from the hourly billing metrics that dominate the traditional law firm business model. We have removed a lot of the costs that weigh down the conventional law firm, including expensive real estate and lawyers-in-training. Instead, we leverage on game-changing technology and the high client value of experienced lawyers.

Talk to us about market fee structures because we are competitive and committed to providing ‘win-win’ solutions for our clients.

“We are in the business of building lasting relationships of trust and respect.”
